First Post

So I've decided to make a blog dedicated to posting delicious vegan recipes and vegan lifestyle tips for anyone interested in learning how to become healthier, more environmentally friendly, and above all else, a more humane individual.

As I type this, I am eating some delicious homemade sun-dried tomato and basil hummus that I whipped up a few minutes ago. However, I'm still a bit full from last night's vegan sausage and lentil slow-cooked stew. It is unbelievably easy to make delicious meals at a low cost, while not skimping out on important nutrients.

In this blog I will also debunk some myths about the vegan diet and lifestyle that are so very pervasive in our society.
